CUSTOM ORDERS

If you see something intriguing, but would like another color-scheme or perhaps a different shape, contact me by e-mail, and let me know your desires.  If you have an idea for a customized bead or piece of jewelry, contact me with your idea.  If possible we will work together to create your unique piece. 

Please do not ask me to duplicate a design of another artist. Each artist has a unique style and creativity that should be celebrated on its own merits.

SATISFACTION

I want you to be pleased with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to me and I will exchange or replace the bead, or refund your money within 30 days of the original purchase. Every bead is kiln-annealed for durability.  If at any time one of my beads develops a problem related to workmanship, including a stress crack, I will replace the bead or refund your purchase price. This does not include issues related to abuse such as dropping the bead on a hard surface like concrete.

SHIPPING     

Orders for in stock items will usually be shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment.  Orders will be shipped by US Postal Service, unless the customer requests a different carrier.  Custom orders will take longer and I will advise you of the approximate shipping date when you place the order.  Shipping charges include insurance to cover damage or loss during shipping.  Shipping charges will be added to the total of your order.  I strive to keep these costs as low as possible and when available, I will advise the customer of the costs before shipping. 

PAYMENT

You may pay for your purchase on the website by using PayPal services which allows you to use your credit card, debit card, or your PayPal account.   If you prefer to pay by check or money order, you can contact me by e-mail and we will make the appropriate arrangements.  Payments must clear before orders are shipped.
